Ensure that your servo valves are going to operate when you need them most.
Plastic injection molding uses thermoplastic materials (plastics that soften and fluidize when heated.) The plastics used in the injection molding process are liquefied at temperatures between 220° C and 270° C. After being liquefied, the molten plastic is pushed into a closed die, where it hardens into the shape configured by the die cavity. Servo controls (Servo valve, Proportional Valve, and Servo Motor) can be found in the recovery, filling, clamping, and ejector control operations.
K+S has the ability to repair and rebuild your servo valve, existing valves & proportional valves by only using OEM parts in the rebuild process. Our servo valve lab has the capability to provide computer controlled dynamic and static testing. Our state of the art computerized load stands ensures that each valve meets OEM specification.
