K+S Services begins business in electronic repair in Ypsilanti, MI.
1995
K+S Services expands into Mexico and Europe.
1996
K+S Services adds hydraulic and mechanical repair capabilities.
1999
K+S Services adds hydraulic and motor repair capabilities.
2003
K+S Services acquires Beech Services, further increasing their motor repair and rewind capabilities.
2005
K+S Services acquires Kennedy Repair Services, adding robotic weld guns repair capabilities.
2008
K+S Services acquires Superior Spindle, adding machine tool spindle remanufacturing capabilities.

K+S Services is awarded Supplier Gold by UTC for Sustained Quality and Delivery.

Superior Spindle authorized by Franz Kessler Germany for US and Mexico
