K+S can repair and dynamically bench-test all types of electronic components, including servo amplifiers, heat controllers, light curtains, temperature controllers, zebra printers, and encoders. We can service both foreign and domestic brands, including but not limited to Mitsubishi, Indramat, FANUC, Bogen, Allen-Bradley, Yaskawa, Eurotherm, and Watlow.

Our team can repair system boards, operator panels, drives, motors, and teach pendants from common manufacturers like FANUC, Kawasaki, Motoman, ABB, and Kuka. When refurbishing teach pendants, we’ll test them in a robot system to verify performance and functionality.

K+S can repair Miyachi, Dengensha, Hobart, Panasonic, Weltronic, Nippon, OTC (Daihen), Sensarc, Thermal Arc, Robotron, Nadesco, WTC/MEDAR, and Motoman welding machines and are factory-authorized to repair Fronius, Lincoln, Miller, and Hitachi units. All welder controls, wire feeders, plasma cutters, torch reamers/cleaners, power sources, and additional components are fully tested under load to verify functionality and durability.
