You also have direct access to the technician and engineers working with your spindles. We do all of this to ensure that your spindle is equal to or exceeds manufacturer’s specifications.

From balancing to testing your equipment, our expert technicians ensure that our customer’s best interest is at the heart of everything we do.
Our Detail-Oriented and Industry-Leading Inspection Process
Evaluation & Teardown: We meticulously disassemble and log each part to adhere to the original manufacturing guidelines.
Geometric Inspection: Each Component is chemically cleaned and checked for flaws. At this stage, we also start a digital photo record of the inspection to ensure that all quotes are as accurate as possible.
Machining & Balancing: This step is done on our top of the line equipment. Our expert technicians follow the Kaizen continuous improvement program and receive ongoing education. We’re proud to have the most knowledgeable engineers in the industry working for us and creating optimal performance parts for you.
Clean Room Assembly: Never heard of this before? We’re not surprised. Most repair shops do not offer this. Our facility hosts 2 Class 10,000 HEPA climate-controlled clean rooms for inspection and assembly purposes. This keeps containments from affecting your spindles, retaining the quality of your equipment throughout the entire process.
Complete Run-in Test: All functions are fully documented and tested. Fine tune balancing is set and recorded at your operating speed. Full analyses and final runoff data is sent with every repair and remanufacture we handle.
Final Reporting: A detailed chart of verified dimensions and performance characteristics documents each step in the repair and remanufacturing process. This ensures that your spindle conditions exceed the typical industry standards.
