K+S has in-house machining, motor rewinding, and feedback departments to service spindles and ballscrews from many manufacturers, including Bryant, OKK, Hitachi, Toyoda, and Mitsubishi. All components are disassembled, repaired or remanufactured, and dynamically tested in our Class 10,000 HEPA climate-controlled cleanrooms to prevent contamination.

Spindles

Our state-of-the-art facility features multiple machining, motor rewinding, and feedback departments that can handle remanufacturing, balancing, and dynamic testing. We can service spindles in vertical and horizontal machining centers from brands like Bryant, Toyoda, DMG Mori, NTC, GMN, and Hitachi. All repairs and rebuilds are performed in an atmospherically controlled lab.

Ballscrews

Unusual wobbling or growling noises, pitted exteriors, and corrosion are all signs you need to repair your ballscrews. To prevent total component failure, contact K+S as soon as you notice these signs of failure. We can repair and rebuild ballscrews from machine tool manufacturers like Amada, Bryant, Cincinnati Milacron, Mitsubishi, Moog, Okuma, Toshiba, NSK, SKF, and Tsubaki.
